Danbel Group is distributor of niche perfume that includes more than 30 international brands. We helped with sales trainings for the team of 60 in Spain

The challenge

While undergoing growth of the brands portfolio, Danbel discovered a need to build an engaging culture of continous learning. At the time, Danbel was using traditional methods sending files to the team for study, it was not engaging and team wasn’t motivated to learn. Our goal was to bring a continuous learning culture to Danbel Group and make learning engaging to all our sales team

What we did

We created 3 personalized quiz sessions in minutes using our AI-question extractor about 3 new brands in Danbel’s portfolio, and ran 25-minute quiz sessions ensuring 100% engagement and attendance.

Today, Danbel uses Kvistly to train its entire team in Spain, creating quizzes on a monthly basis to ensure everyone is involved, attains new brand knowledge, and becomes experts in what they sell and provide better customer experience.
