The challenge‍

As a rapidly growing company, inDrive onboards up to 30 new employees every week across different locations, ensuring they quickly adapt to their roles and company values. The existing onboarding process lacked interactivity and engagement, with traditional lecture-style sessions leading to lower participation and retention. New hires found it difficult to stay engaged, which affected their ability to absorb critical information and integrate smoothly into the company culture.

The HR team sought an interactive onboarding solution to make the process more engaging and effective from day one.

What was done
