Manychat is software company that helps build brand awareness, ignite engagement, drive leads, and generate more sales on Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and Telegram.

The challenge

Manychat faced the challenge of rapid growth, integrating new employees, and relocating from Yerevan to Barcelona. They needed an event to help the team bond and learn more about the company.

What we did

We created a personalized quiz session to ensure 100% participant engagement. The quiz included information about the company culture, facts such as the number of countries they operate in, the most popular employee names, and questions about Barcelona and Catalan Christmas traditions. We provided 5 prizes for the top 5 leaders on the leaderboard, making the experience both educational and fun.
