Giftery has a remote team of 70 employees spread across 5 countries. As they grow and expand into new markets, they needed to create stronger bonds and ensure everyone was engaged and informed. Giftery’s international and remote team required an engaging activity that would bring them together, help them learn more about each other, and foster a sense of unity. They wanted to create positive vibes and a festive mood for their New Year event.
We created a quiz that included questions about New Year traditions in the countries where their employees are based and question about the company’s product and culture. This ensured 100% engagement, positive vibes, and a festive atmosphere. We provided 3 prizes for the top 3 leaders on the leaderboard.
